REFUND POLICY

If you are unhappy with the products and services rendered by USAVisa.com you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The purchase date and time are indicated on your purchase confirmation email. Please submit a refund request within this time frame for a full refund. Please email us if you wish to obtain a refund and include the last four digits of the credit card used, the email used to obtain the product, and reason for claiming a refund.

All refunds will be issued directly to the VISA or MasterCard used for the purchase transaction within one business day. We work directly with your credit card provider regarding refunds.
